The Right Match Employment & Training Services (TRIMET) is committed to ensuring that people with developmental disabilities under their right to equal opportunities, to be economically self-sufficient, and to the right to choices and access to services to services and supports the need to live and work independently. We work with all employers and a growing network of local, state and federal organizations to provide unparalleled supports and services fundamental for our individuals to achieve their desired goals.

TRIMET’s services include community-based employment support and services, where our individuals are supported with premium training in soft-skills, volunteer opportunities, paid internship opportunities and CIE (direct hire) opportunities. Our effectively trained job support staff work alongside TRIMET’s individual providing training and support in learning skills to get and keep a job of their choice.

TRIMET’s Vision

Our vision is to provide the best support to individual with developmental disabilities, while involving their circle of support, by implementing person-centered activities and services, in order to ensure they achieve success as a contributing member of the society. Our goal is to ensure that individuals are appropriately matched to the employment of their choosing, using the skills the have amassed by being able to keep their desired employment without any prompting by their job support staff.
